摘　　要：文章基于装配式建筑的特征和发展,针对装配式建筑的工程总承包模式、招标范围、招标方式、招标文件编制的特殊需求、投标人资质和资格条件、评标办法以及发挥建设行政主管部门在装配式建筑招标投标监管中的作用等内容,提出装配式建筑招标投标方案设计的建议。Based on the characteristics and development of prefabricated buildings,in view of the general contracting mode,bidding scope,bidding method,special requirements for the preparation of bidding documents,bidder's qualification and qualifi cation conditions,bid evaluation methods and the role of construction administrative department in the supervision of assembly building bidding,this paper puts forward suggestions for the design of assembly building bidding scheme.
