摘  要:叠合板是建筑工业化中普遍应用的一种预制构件。叠合板底板在工厂预制,运至现场后兼作现浇混凝土的模板,既能保证楼板结构的整体性,又能充分利用材料,减少模板的使用量。但是目前叠合板存在生产效率低、成本高、运输安装不方便等问题,造成这些问题的主要原因有板端出筋、连接构造不合理等。文章提出了预埋机械连接套筒、预埋斜向套筒和拼缝处预压等解决方案,解决了叠合板板端出筋、出筋与支撑梁纵向钢筋碰撞和拼缝处容易开裂等问题。Reinforced Concrete laminated slab is a kind of prefabricated component widely used in building industrialization.The baseplate of RC laminated slab is precast in factory,delivered to construction site and then used as the formwork for castin-situ concrete,which not only ensures the integrity of slab system,but also makes full use of materials and reduces the usage of formwork.However,at present,there are several problems which limits the usage of RC laminated slab under construction stage such as low efficiency in production,high cost,inconvenient in transportation and installation etc.The main reasons for these problems are the steel rebar protruding out of the plate end and unreasonable connection method at the joints.In this paper,several technical solutions such as embedding mechanical connection sleeve,embedding oblique sleeve and precompressing at the joints are put forward,which resolve the ann oying problems mentioned above.
