摘　　要：新时代背景下,由于各项改革工作落实速度的不断加快,社会体制改革工作也逐步开始深入开展,水利管理工作水平日益提升.基于此,文章对水管体制改革与水利管理现代化进行了深入的分析,明确二者之间的关联性,并在依照实际现状的基础上,制定了相应的管理办法,希望可以为相关人员提供一定的帮助.Under the background of the new era,due to the continuous acceleration of the implementation of the reform work,the reform of the social system has gradually begun to carry out in depth,the level of water conservancy management work is increasing.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reform of water pipe system and the modernization of water conservancy management,makes clear the correlation between them,and makes corresponding management measures based on the actual situation,hoping to pro vide some help for relevant personnel.
