摘　　要：随着知识经济的发展,知识产权在国民经济中的地位日益受到重视。本文在运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数构造知识产权发展与经济增长关系模型的基础上,基于1999年-2018年的统计数据对江苏省知识产权发展与经济发展之间的关系进行实证研究,论证了知识产权对经济发展存在积极作用,以期为推进江苏省推动知识产权强省工作提供借鉴。With the development of the knowledge economy,the status of intellectual property rights in the national economy is increasingly valued.This paper uses the Cobb-Douglas production function to construct the relationship model between intellectual property development and economic growth,and based on the statistical data from 1999 to 2018,conducts an empirical study on the relationship between intellectual property development and economic development in Jiangsu Province.This article demonstrates the positive role of intellectual property rights in economic development,with a view to providing a reference for Jiangsu Province to promote intellectual property rights.
