摘　　要：化工生产期间会应用到各种易燃易爆和具有腐蚀性的原材料,而化工自身的工艺十分复杂,在具体生产期间,如果生产作业中某一个环节出现问题,将会造成巨大经济损失,甚至会造成人员伤亡。在化工生产期间,为了避免各项安全问题的发生,要加强对新型精馏塔内件的开发应用,这对于促进我国化工行业的发展能够起到一定的积极作用,进一步提升了精馏塔的效率,减少了能源消耗量。主要针对新型精馏塔填料、塔内件的开发应用问题进行了深入分析。During the chemical production,it will be applied to all kinds of inflammable,explosive and corrosive raw materials,but the process of chemical industry itself is very complex.In the specific production period,if there is a problem in a certain link of the production operation,it will cause huge economic losses,and even human casualties.During the chemical production,in order to avoid the occurrence of various safety problems,it is necessary to strengthen the development and application of new rectifying tower internals,which can play a positive role in promoting the development of China's chemical industry,further improving the efficiency of rectifying tower in production and reducing energy consumption.Next,the development and application of new distillation column packing and internals are analyzed in depth.
