摘 要:近年来,社会经济在快速发展的同时,也促进了各行各业的迅速发展,越来越多的新型材料与技术层出不穷,有机化学的应用范围和领域也在不断扩大,硅杂环戊二烯新型OLED材料逐渐成为当前的主要研究重点。硅杂环戊二烯当中硅原子σ^*轨道与二烯的π^*轨道之间会产生相互反应和作用,从而降低轨道能级。与含碳类似物对比,硅杂环戊二烯中的化合物电子迁移率更高,其稳定性也更强,这些方面的优势也使得硅杂环戊二烯逐渐成为新型材料首选。其次,呋喃和噻吩之间的电子性能也存在较大的区别,如呋喃芳香性相对较弱,同时呋喃的环外共轭能力大幅度增强。因此,也是建立共轭材料的主要单元结构。将硅杂环戊二烯纳入呋喃体系当中,合成联苯并呋喃硅杂环戊二烯化合物,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明,该材料能够有效满足有机材料在实际应用中的多方面要求,如稳定性强、量子产率高、恰当的氧化还原电势等。硅元素合并到联苯并呋喃体系当中,能够为有机电致发光材料的研究与设计与合成提供新思路、新方向。In recent years,the rapid development of social economy has also promoted the rapid development of all walks of life.More and more new materials and technologies are emerging,and the scope and application of organic chemistry are also expanding.New diene OLED materials have gradually become the main focus of current research.Theσ*orbital of the silicon atom in the silacyclopentadiene and theπ*orbital of the diene will interact and interact,thereby reducing the orbital energy level.Compared with carbon-containing analogs,the compounds in silacyclopentadiene have higher electron mobility and stronger stability.These advantages also make silacyclopentadiene gradually become the first choice for new materials.Secondly,there is a big difference in the electronic properties between furan and thiophene.For example,furan is relatively weak in aromaticity,and furan's extra-ring conjugation ability is greatly enhanced.Therefore,it is also the main unit structure of conjugated materials.In this study,silacyclopentadiene was incorporated into the furan system to synthesize bibenzofuran silacyclopentadiene compounds.And its performance was tested.From the results,it can also be concluded that the material can effectively meet the requirements of organic materials in practical applications,such as strong stability,high quantum yield,and appropriate redox potential.The incorporation of silicon into the bibenzofuran system can provide new ideas and new directions for the research,design and synthesis of organic electroluminescent materials.
