摘　　要：总结153例颌面部骨折术后患者采用静脉自控镇痛泵进行镇痛的护理效果和经验,主要护理措施包括术前宣教、镇痛泵的使用管理、密切观察患者的生命体征、预防并发症以及心理护理,认为合理、有效的镇痛能够减轻患者的应激反应,促进术后康复。Summarizing the effect and experience of analgesic care for 153 patients with jaw facial fractures using postoperative intravenous self-controlled analgesic pump.The main nursing measures include preoperative education,management of analgesic pump,observation of vital signs,prevention of complications and psychological care.The results revealed that reasonable and effective analgesia can reduce the patient′s stress response and promote postoperative recovery.
