摘  要:研究了UV-Fenton/电催化氧化法处理皮蛋废水工艺,并采用单因素实验优化了关键工艺参数。结果表明,在初始pH值为4.0、 20 m L H2O2、反应时间120 min的优化条件下,UV-Fenton出水COD为249.59 mg·L^-1。催化剂5次重复使用实验表明,UV-Fenton的铁系催化剂可重复使用,且反应不再产生污泥。NH3-N由171.28 mg·L^-1升至234.62 mg·L^-1,重金属与NH3-N的螯合造成UV-Fenton对Cu^2+、 Zn^2+去除效果不佳。电催化氧化的优化条件:pH=8.0、电流密度15 mA·cm-2,出水COD、 NH3-N、 Cu^2+和Zn^2+分别为55.91 mg·L^-1、 2.18 mg·L^-1、 0.17 mg·L^-1和0.35 mg·L^-1。最终出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)排放标准。UV-Fenton/electrocatalytic oxidation process was used to treat the preserved egg wastewater, and the key process parameters were optimized by single factor experimental method. The results showed that under the optimal conditions including initial pH of 4.0, 20 mL of H2O2 and reaction time of 120 min, the COD of UV-Fenton effluent was 249.59 mg·L^-1. The catalyst reuse experiments showed that iron catalyst of UV-Fenton could be reused, and no sludge was produced in the reaction. NH3-N increased from 171.28 mg·L^-1 to 234.62 mg·L^-1, the chelation of heavy metals with NH3-N results in poor removal of Cu^2+and Zn^2+by UV-Fenton. The optimal conditions of electrocatalitical oxidation were as followings: a pH value of 8.0, a current density of 15 mA·cm-2, COD, NH3-N, Cu^2+and Zn^2+of the effluent were 55.91 mg·L^-1, 2.18 mg·L^-1, 0.17 mg·L^-1 and 0.35 mg·L^-1, respectively. The final effluent meets the discharge standard of "Integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB 8978-1996).
