摘 要:为了解6%抗坏血酸水剂对根用韭菜产量和品质的影响,开展了田间应用效果试验。结果表明,在根用韭菜全生育期应用6%抗坏血酸水剂,对韭菜灰霉病、锈病、白粉病的防效分别为62.65%、66.67%和61.46%;产量高达26592kg/hm^2,较对照增产17.56%;肉质根鲜重比重达91.8%,高出对照5个百分点,不仅增加了产量,而且提高了品质。In order to study the effect of ascorbic acid 6%AS on the yield and quality of Allium hookeri Thwaites,a field experiment was conducted.The results showed that during the whole growth period the control effects of ascorbic acid 6%AS against gray mold,rust and powdery mildew of Allium hookeri Thwaites were 62.65%,66.67%and61.46%,respectively.The yield was as high as 26592 kg/hm^2,which was 17.56%higher than that of the control,and the fresh weight of the fleshy root was 91.8%,5%higher than that of the control.The results showed that ascorbic acid 6%AS could increase the yield,improve the quality and have good economic benefit.
