摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情蔓延全球的情况下,美国、俄罗斯和沙特的"非理性价格战"加剧了国际油价的下跌,不仅波及股票市场,也对交通运输业、石油化工业等行业造成负面影响。本文基于国际油价暴跌的原因,对国际原油期货价格出现负值进行了解析;对美国、俄罗斯和沙特"三巨头"在原油价格战的表现分别进行了研究;针对当前纷繁复杂的国际石油市场提出了国家层面和企业层面的应对策略,以期为我国能够在这次"价格战"中减少损失,提高石油市场的话语权提供理论基础及建议。With the spread of the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic around the world,the"irrational price war"in the United States,Russia and Saudi Arabia has exacerbated the decline in international oil prices,not only affecting the stock market,but also negatively affecting the transportation and petrochemical industries.This article analyzes the negative value of international crude oil futures prices based on the reasons for the collapse of international oil prices;studies the performance of the"big three"of the United States,Russia,and Saudi Arabia in the crude oil price war;proposes for the current complicated international oil market In order to provide a theoretical basis and suggestions for China to reduce losses in this"price war"and improve the right to speak in the oil market.
