多学科协作下快速康复外科模式在腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除围术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作快速康复外科模式在腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术围术期中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年1月-2019年1月收治的116例择期腹腔镜肾癌切除患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方法分为对照组(58例)与观察组(58例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用多学科协作快速康复外科模式。比较两组的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、恢复正常饮食时间、术后疼痛、住院时间、住院费用、患者满意度、日常生活能力情况。结果实施多学科协作快速康复外科模式的观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、恢复正常饮食时间、术后疼痛、住院时间、住院费用、患者满意度、日常生活能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科合作下快速康复外科模式在腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除围术期处理过程中运用安全有效,能缓解术后疼痛,提高患者日常生活自理能力及患者满意度,缩短住院时间和患者康复时间,提高学科团队合作能力。Objective To investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary collaborative rapid recovery surgery in perioperative period of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal carcinoma.Methods A total of 116 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(58 cases) and observation group(58 cases).The control group adopted conventional nursing method,and the observation group adopted multidisciplinary cooperative rapid recovery surgical mode nursing method.The time of getting out of bed,time of anal exhaust,time of resuming normal diet,postoperative pain,time of hospitalization,hospital expenses,patient satisfaction and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the time of getting out of bed,time of anal exhaust,time of resuming normal diet,postoperative pain,time of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization,patient satisfaction and daily living ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation mode of rapid rehabilitation under multidisciplinary cooperation is safe and effective in the perioperative management of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cancer,which can relieve postoperative pain,improve patients’ self-care ability in daily life and patients’ satisfaction,shorten hospital stay and recovery time,and improve the ability of teamwork.
