摘  要:针对服役周期内飞行控制系统的大修、延寿、外场典型故障验证的维护保障问题,为满足飞行控制系统性能测试和验证需求,提出了利用反射内存网开发飞行控制试验环境的方案。试验环境基于星形拓扑结构的反射内存网,采用开放式的单一网络硬件架构,并对其硬件接口测试系统进行了选型与设计,对反射内存、飞行仿真系统、接口测试系统软件进行了设计与开发。介绍了试验状态切换、多平台实时数据交互、统一时序调度、接口控制文件(ICD)的XML描述等设计与选型注意事项。经测试验证,试验环境运行稳定可靠,满足系统的功能、精度和高实时性要求,达到预期设计目的。In orde to solve the maintenance guarantee problems of overhaul,life extension,and typical field fault verification in the flight control system during the service life cycle,and meet the requirements of the flight control system performance testing and verification,a program for developing the flight control test environment using the reflective memory network is proposed.The test environment was based on a reflective memory network with a star topology.An open single network hardware architecture was adopted,and the hardware interface test system was selected and designed.The reflective memory,flight simulation system,and interface test system software were designed and developed.The design and selection considerations of test state switching,multi-platform real-time data interaction,unified timing scheduling,and XML description of interface control document(ICD)were introduced.The test results show that the test environment is stable and reliable,which can meet the system’s function,accuracy and high real-time requirements,and achieve the expected design goals.
