摘 要:高品位混合型稀土精矿经过浓碱分解后得到碱解矿,针对水洗液中氟、磷资源的回收进行了研究。考察了水洗过程中水洗条件对氟、磷分布的影响规律,并通过液固比、时间、温度等条件得出水洗的最优工艺条件。结果表明,常温下液固比为3∶1,水洗时间为60 min时,一次淋洗液富集17.81%的磷和84.04%的氟,二次淋洗液富集77.42%的磷和12.70%的氟。洗水液经过分步结晶制得纯度95%以上的氟化钠晶体和98%的磷酸钠晶体,有价元素氟磷回收,氢氧化钠循环利用,资源综合利用。High-grade mixed rare earth concentrate was decomposed into calcined ore by concentrated alkali.The recovery of fluorine and phosphorus from washing liquor was researched.Effect of ratio of liquid to solid,washing temperature and washing time on distribution of fluorine and phosphorus was investigated.The results indicated that the under the conditions of ratio of iquid to solid 3∶1,washing at room temperature and washing time 60 min,17.81%P and 84.04%F was enriched in the first eluent,77.42%P and 12.70%F was enriched in the secondary eluent.95%pure sodium fluoride crystal and 98%pure sodium phosphate crystal were obtained by fractional crystallization from washing liquor.In this way,fluorine and phosphorus resources were reclaimed,sodium hydroxide was recycled.
