摘 要:现行船用薄板的边缘加工(含边缘修整)大多采用机械剪切(或磨削)和氧-乙炔切割等方法,板材边缘会产生热滞留或材质不适应等问题.为此分析了不同切割方式对板材边缘的影响,尝试将冷切割技术中的磨料水射流切割用于船用薄板的边缘加工,提出了一种基于射流泵原理混合磨料的便携式磨料水射流切割系统设计方案.该系统可适用薄板边缘数控切割、船体分段边缘修割等不同的生产环节和工况条件,以解决薄板在热切割加工时产生的热应变等问题,为磨料水射流切割技术用于船舶建造提供参考.At present,the edge processing of the marine thin plates(including edge trimming)mostly adopts mechanical shearing(or grinding)and oxygen-acetylene cutting,etc.The edge of the sheet may cause heat retention or material incompatibility.In this paper,the influence of different cutting methods on the edge of the sheet was analyzed,and the abrasive water jet cutting in the cold cutting technology was applied to the edge processing of the marine thin plates.A portable abrasive water jet cutting system based on the principle of jet pump was proposed.The system can be applied to different production steps and working conditions such as numerical control cutting of thin plate edges and trimming of hull segment edges,so as to solve the problems of thermal strain and the like generated during hot cutting of thin plates,and provide a reference for the application of abrasive water jet cutting technology to ship construction.
