张璐《张氏医通》痰火证治疗思路探析

摘　　要：从病因病机、治疗特色、用药心得三方面论述张璐《张氏医通》痰火证的学术思想和治疗思路。其首论痰火病因、病机,揭示了痰火证的本因和触发之因,认为痰火证的根本为阴虚,提出“治痰先治火,治火先养阴”的治疗原则,治疗以理脾为要、以补阴为本,其用药反对妄投苦寒之药,且忌用药太过,为后世痰火证的治疗提供了新的思路。This paper expounds the academic and treatment thoughts of phlegm fire syndrome in ZHANG’s Comprehensive Medical Book by ZHANG Lu from 3 aspects involving etiology and pathogenesis,treatment characteristics and medication experience.First of all,it discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm fire,reveals the root cause and trigger cause of phlegm fire syndrome,holds that the root thereof is yin deficiency,and puts forward the therapeutic principle of"treating fire first before treating phlegm,and nourishing yin first before treating fire".The treatment takes regulating spleen as the key and nourishing yin as the base,and its medication opposes improperly using herbs of bitterness and cold,and avoids too much medication,which provides a new idea for the treatment of phlegm fire syndrome in later generations.
