浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用浮针治疗,对照组采用普通针刺方法治疗,疗程3周。治疗3周后比较2组的临床疗效,以及治疗前和治疗1周、3周后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%(36/40),对照组为77.5%(31/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.550,P<0.05);治疗1周、3周后,2组VAS评分、ODI评分均明显降低,JOA评分均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组作用更明显,与同期对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,能有效缓解患者腰腿疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复,作用优于普通针刺治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu’s subcutaneous needling in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Eighty cases of LDH were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each.The treatment group was given Fu’s subcutaneous needling,while the control group was given common acupuncture treatment,3 weeks constituted 1 course of treatment.After treatment for 3 weeks,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores and Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)scores before treatment and after treatment for 1 week and 3 weeks of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%(36/40),that of the control group was 77.5%(31/40),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(χ2=8.550,P<0.05);after treatment for 1 week and 3 weeks,VAS scores and ODI scores of the 2 groups all significantly decreased,JOA scores significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the effect was more significant in the treatment group,there was significant difference compared with the control group in the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy,can effectively alleviate the lumbocrual pain of the patients,and promote the recovery of the function of lumbar vertebra to use Fu’s subcutaneous needling in the treatment of LDH,with effect superior to that of the common acupuncture treatment.It deserves clinical promotion and application.
