基于数据挖掘分析新安王氏内科治疗肝胆系病症用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘分析新安王氏内科治疗肝胆系病症的中药配伍及组方用药规律。方法筛选并整理新安王氏内科代表医家临床治疗肝胆系病症效案,使用Microsoft Excel 2010软件构建临床方药数据库,通过SPSS 22.0和IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1统计软件对所有中药进行性味归经频次分析、关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果用药频次≥40次的中药有33味,按照用药频次从高到低排序,前5位依次为丹参、郁金、枸杞子、五灵脂、茯苓;功效以活血化瘀、滋阴、清热、利水渗湿等为主。药性以寒性中药频次最高,苦、甘、辛3种药味的中药所占比例较大,药物归经以肝、肺、脾、胃、肾为主。按照药物组合频次从高到低排序,前3位依次为丹参、五灵脂,丹参、郁金,五灵脂、郁金。青黛、明矾、枸杞子药物组合的置信度为1.0。王氏内科治疗肝胆系病症常用的药物组合有丹参、郁金、五灵脂,枸杞子、女贞子,茯苓、半夏等。结论新安王氏辨治肝胆系病症时首辨疾病虚实,实者以湿热蕴结、络脉瘀阻、肝脾失调为主,虚者多见肝肾阴虚、肝脾失养、阳气不足,辨证论治时注重结合肝病发展的不同阶段性特征,顺肝性、适肝用、调肝体。Objective To analyze the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),composing prescription and medication rules of Xin’an WANG’s internal medicine in the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases based on data mining method.Methods To screen and collate the efficacious cases of clinical treatment of hepatobiliary diseases by representative physicians of Xin’an WANG’s internal medicine,the database of clinical prescriptions was established by using software Microsoft Excel 2010,frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed for the nature,flavor and meridian tropism of all the Chinese materia medica(CMM)by statistical software SPSS 22.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1.Results There were 33 CMM with the frequency more than 40 times,and they were ranked from high to low in order of the frequency,with the top 5 in turn were Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,Curcumae Radix,Lycii Fructus,Trogopterori Faeces,Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf;the function was to activate blood and remove blood stasis,nourish yin,clear away heat,promote urination and remove dampness,etc.CMM of cold property had the highest frequency for medicinal properties,and the CMM with bitter,sweet and astringent 3 flavors accounted for a large proportion.The main meridian tropism was liver,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney.In order of frequency of medicinal combination,the top 3 in turn were Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and Trogopterori Faeces,Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and Curcumae Radix,Trogopterori Faeces and Curcumae Radix.The confidence coefficient of the medicine combination for Indigo Naturalis,Alumen and Lycii Fructusis was 1.0.The commonly used medicine combinations of WANG’s internal medicine treatment of hepatobiliary disease syndrome were Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,Curcumae Radix and Trogopterori Faeces;Lycii Fructusis and Ligustri Lucidi Fructus;Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf and Pinelliae Rhizoma etc.Conclusion Xin’an WANG’s differential treatment of hepatobiliary syndromes gives first differentiation to deficiency and excess of dis
