武威汉代医简中针灸文献研究概况

摘　　要：参考中医经典著作《黄帝内经》和针灸经典著作《针灸甲乙经》中的相关内容,从腧穴、疗法、针灸禁忌、学术价值四方面对已发表的武威汉代医简中的针灸文献进行归纳、总结及分析。文献表明,武威汉代医简中既有与现在同名不同定位的“足三里”,又有《黄帝内经》中未明确记载的“水泉”穴等,且在疾病治疗过程中,选穴精准,配伍得当,针刺深度及顺序明确,针灸禁忌详细,首次将每一个穴位留针时间具体化,不仅突出了古丝绸之路的地方特色,更体现了汉代河西地区针灸发展现状,丰富了汉代前后的针灸医学典籍,为武威汉代医简针灸医学的挖掘和应用研究提供依据。By reference to the relevant contents of the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine Huangdi Neijing and the classic works of acupuncture A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,this paper generalizes,summarizes and analyses the acupuncture and moxibustion literature in Wuwei medical bamboo slips of Han Dynasty from the four aspects of acupoints,treatment,acupuncture contraindication and academic value.The literature shows that there are"Zusanli"(St 36)in Wuwei medical bamboo slips of Han Dynasty,with different location but the same name at present,and"Shuiquan"(K 5)acupoint which is not clearly recorded in Huangdi Neijing etc.In the process of disease treatment,the acupoints are selected accurately,point combination is proper,the depth and sequence of needle insertion are clear,and acupuncture contraindications are in detail.For the first time,each acupoint needle retention time is specified,which not only highlights the local characteristics of the ancient Silk Road,but also reflects the current developmental situation of acupuncture and moxibustion in Hexi area of the Han Dynasty,and enriches the acupuncture and moxibustion medical books before and after the Han Dynasty,aiming at providing a basis for the excavation and application of acupuncture and moxibustion medicine in Wuwei medical bamboo slips of Han Dynasty.
