摘　　要：从整合思维、中西并重,博古通今、学贯中西,科研互补、中西实战3个方面对中西医结合专业博士研究生培养存在的问题,以及如何将中西医结合的思维模式、学习策略有机结合起来以更好地提高科研能力和临床水平等相关问题进行思考,对培养方式的实施提出相关建议,以培养出更多优秀的中西医结合专业博士研究生。This paper discusses the existing problems in the cultivation of doctoral candidates majoring in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine from 3 aspects:integrating thinking as well as attaching equal importance to both Chinese and Western medicine,mastering ancient and modern learning as well as mastering both Chinese and Western learning,complementary scientific research as well as Chinese and Western medicine in practical clinic,and how to organically combine the thinking mode and learning strategy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine to better improve the scientific research ability and clinical level,and puts forward the implementation of the training mode to make relevant suggestions,so as to cultivate more excellent doctoral candidates majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
