“急诊救治链”在A型主动脉夹层患者中的护理实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨“急诊救治链”在A型主动脉夹层患者中的应用效果。方法:选取急诊科应用“急诊救治链”后救治的72例A型主动脉夹层患者为观察组,回顾应用“急诊救治链”前救治的69例A型主动脉夹层患者为对照组;比较两组平均检查时间、急诊留置时间,护理后生命体征(包括收缩压、舒张压、心率、氧饱和度),病死率及救治有效率。结果:观察组平均检查时间、急诊滞留时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),生命体征水平优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),病死率低于对照组(P<0.05),救治总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将“急诊救治链”应用于A型主动脉夹层患者的救治中,可以优化急诊科工作流程,稳定患者生命体征,降低病死率,提高救治有效率。Objective:To explore the application effect of emergency treatment chain in patients with type A aortic dissection.Methods:Seventy-two patients with type A aortic dissection were selected as the observation group after the application of emergency treatment chain in the emergency department,and 69 patients with type A aortic dissection before the application of emergency treatment chain were reviewed as the control group.The average examination time,emergency indwelling time,vital signs post nursing(including systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and oxygen saturation),case fatality rate and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:The average examination time and emergency stay time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01),the level of vital signs was better than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the fatality rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emergency treatment chain in the treatment of patients with type A aortic dissection can optimize the work flow of the emergency department,stabilize patients′vital signs,reduce the fatality rate and improve the treatment efficiency.
