摘 要:采用无皂乳液聚合工艺,以DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)为助溶剂,在引发剂的作用下,以MMA(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、ES(乙烯基磺酸钠)、BA(丙烯酸丁酯)、FM(全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯)为主要单体,与KH570(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲氧基硅烷)改性后的纳米TiO2共聚,合成了阴离子型氟钛改性聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液.利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱、原子力显微分析、热重分析等测试乳液及乳胶膜性能.结果表明,复合乳液稳定性良好;纳米TiO2和氟的加入提高了聚合物涂膜的疏水疏油性能且增加了热稳定性和力学性能;将乳液用于纸张表面施胶,表面施胶后的纸张对水接触角达到138.1°,对油接触角达到了124.7°,说明氟和钛的引入提高了涂膜表面的防水防油性能.Anionic polyacrylate composite emulsion modified by fluorotitanium was synthesized through soap free emulsion polymerization with DMF(N,N-two methyl formamide)as cosolvent,under the action of initiator,monomer MMA(methyl methacrylate),ES(sodium vinyl sulfonate),BA(butyl acrylate)and FM(perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate)are the main monomers,and react with the nano TiO2 modified by KH-570(gamma-methacryloxyethyl trimethoxysilane).The properties of emulsion and latex film were tested by IR,1H-NMR、UV、Atomic force microanalysis、and TG analysis.The results show that the composite emulsion had good stability.The addition of nano TiO2 and fluorine improved the hydrophobic and oil-thinning properties and increased the thermal stability and mechanical properties of polymer coatings.Finally,the emulsion was applied to the surface sizing of the paper.The contact angle of water and oil reached 138.1 degree and 124.7 degree respectively after surface sizing,which indicated that the introduction of fluorine and titanium improved the waterproof and oil-proof properties of the paper surface.
