摘 要:“走泥纹”是宋代钧瓷独有特征,为揭示“玫瑰紫蚯蚓走泥纹”钧瓷的呈色机理,本研究以其现代仿制品为对象,分别采用白度仪、EDXRF、XPS、XRD和SEM/EDS等测试仪器及方法,分析了色度、化学组成、着色离子化学价态、物相、微观结构等对样本釉的呈色影响与釉层分相结构色的呈色机理.结果表明,样本釉层主要由Cu和Fe共同着色;釉层内的晶体能够增强釉的乳浊度;气-液分相结构色对样本的乳浊产生一定的影响;液-液分相由成核-生长和不稳分解两种类型完成;液-液分相结构受光能够产生瑞利散射、非晶光子结构的蓝色.瑞利散射是样本分相结构色的主要物理起源."Crawling veins"is a unique feature of Jun porcelain in the Song Dynasty.In order to reveal the coloring mechanism of"rose purple veins of earthworm crawling",this research takes modern imitations as an example to analyze the coloration,chemical composition,coloring ion chemical valence state,phase,microstructure and microstructure′s influence on the coloration of the sample glaze and the coloration mechanism of the separative-phase structure color by whiteness meter,EDXRF、XPS、XRD and SEM/EDS.The results show that the sample glaze is mainly colored by Cu and Fe;the crystals can enhance the opacity of the glaze;the gas-liquid separative-phase structure color has a certain effect on the opacification of the sample;The liquid-liquid separative-phase is completed by nucleation-growth and unstable decomposition;The liquid-liquid separative-phase structure can produce blue color because of Rayleigh scattering and amorphous photonic crystal structure.Rayleigh scattering is the main physical origin of the separative-phase structural color of the sample.
