摘　　要：针对钢绞线用SWRH82B热轧盘条酸洗过程存在的问题,首先在用户现场进行了现场试验,随后对此进行了实验室研究以及相应的生产工艺调整试验。结果表明,盘条氧化铁皮的厚度与结构是盘条难于酸洗的主要原因。适当降低高线轧制的吐丝温度能够有效控制氧化铁皮的厚度并改善其成分构成,之后用户现场验证试验取得了较好的应用效果。In order to solve the problems in the acid pickling process of SWRH82B hot-rolled wire rods for steel strand,the field tests,laboratory study and production process adjustment had been carried out.The results showed that the thickness and the structure of the oxide scale were the main reasons for its difficulty in the acidpickling.Properly reducing the spinning temperature in high-speed rolling can effectively control the thickness of the oxide scale and improve its composition,which has been verified by the subsequent field tests.
