连铸中间包过滤器在无取向硅钢生产中的应用实践

摘　　要：为解决新钢公司生产的无取向硅钢发生的孔洞缺陷,对连铸中间包钙质过滤器进行了应用试验,介绍了过滤器的使用原理、构造、安装使用方法以及应用效果。应用实践表明:在冶炼无取向硅钢时,中间包采用钙质过滤器可以有效去除钢水中的Al2O3类夹杂物,提高钢水的纯净度,在一定程度上降低硅钢的铁损,且因孔洞缺陷造成的降级率可降低约50%,取得了较好的冶金效果。This paper focuses on the application test of the calcium filter in the tundish of continuous casting for solving the hole defects of the non oriented silicon steel produced by Xingang company,including the operation principle,structure,installation and application method of the filter as well as the application effect.The application practice shows that when smelting non oriented silicon steel,the use of calcium filter in tundish can effectively remove Al2O3 inclusions in molten steel,improve the purity of molten steel,reduce the iron loss of silicon steel to a certain extent,and the degradation rate caused by hole defects can be reduced by about 50%,and obtain better metallurgical effect.
