摘　　要：目的:观察情感支持护理在未婚异位妊娠患者输卵管单侧切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取124例行输卵管单侧切除术的未婚异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予情感支持护理,比较护理前后两组心理状态及生命质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用情感支持护理,可提高未婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除患者的生命质量评分,降低焦虑和抑郁评分,其效果优于单纯常规护理效果。Objective: To explore effects of emotional support nursing on unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients with unilateral salpingectomy. Methods: 124 unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients with unilateral salpingectomy were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method, 62 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given emotional support nursing based on that of the control group. Then, the mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results: After the nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the scores of physiological function, physiological role, physical pain, general health status, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health were significantly higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The emotional support nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the quality of life score of the unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients with unilateral salpingectomy and reduce the anxiety and depression scores. Moreover, it is superior to single routine nursing.
