摘　　要：转录调控是人类基因表达调控的重要环节,转录因子(transcription factor,TF)是转录调控重要的组成部分。近年来,随着芯片技术(ChIP-chip)和高通量测序技术(ChIP-seq)的开发以及生物信息学的快速发展,产生了大量相关数据,由此产生了许多转录因子数据库,这些数据库对基因转录调控及TF相关的分子生物学研究非常重要。本文针对目前较为著名的人类TF相关的数据库作一综述,为进一步探明转录因子调控的分子机制提供一定的帮助。Transcriptional regulation is an important part of human gene expression regulation.Transcription factors(TF)are important components of transcription regulation.Because of the development of ChIP-chip and ChIP-seq as well as the development of bioinformatics.In recent years,many databases of transcription factor have been generated.These databases are very important for studying on transcription regulation and TFs.This paper reviews current well-known databases related to human TFs,and provides helps for further exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying transcriptional regulation.
