摘  要:研究首先对2001-2017年以来我国劳动关系现状进行梳理,具体包括劳动争议案件受理情况、劳动争议的主要原因以及劳动争议案件处理情况三部分.其次选取我国内地31个省(市、自治区)劳动关系的2002-2017年面板数据,以劳均案件数与产均案件数作为被解释变量,以年度GDP、抚养比、文盲比、GDP增长率、人均GDP、失业率、工会组织数、市场化和城镇化为解释变量,通过建立面板回归模型发现:1)对和谐劳动关系影响显著的解释变量存在显著的地区差异性;2)地区内部的劳均案件与产均案件影响因素几乎一致;3)对于劳均劳动争议、产均劳动争议以及各解释变量的分类结果存在较大省际差异.研究结论可为我国和谐劳动关系的构建提供参考.Firstly,this study combs the current situation of China’s labor relations from 2001 to 2017.Including the acceptance of labor disputes cases,the main causes of labor disputes and the handling of labor disputes cases.Secondly,the panel data of labor relations in 31 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)from 2002 to 2017 are selected.the average number of labor cases and the average number of production cases are taken as explanatory variables.The explanatory variables are annual GDP,dependency ratio,illiteracy ratio,GDP growth rate,per capita GDP,unemployment rate,number of trade unions,marketization and urbanization.Through the establishment of panel regression model,we found that:1)There are significant regional differences in explanatory variables that have significant impact on harmonious labor relations;2)The influencing factors of labor-per-capita cases and laborper-capita cases within the region are almost the same;3)There are great inter-provincial differences in the,labor disputes per capita,labor disputes per capita and the classification results of explanatory variables.The conclusion of the study can provide reference for the construction of harmonious labor relations in China.
