不同营养支持对早产儿宫外生长发育迟缓的影响

摘　　要：目的分析不同的营养支持方案对减少早产儿宫外生长发育迟缓的干预效果。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月我院就诊的50例早产儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,发现给予常规胃肠道外营养支持的有20例,现将其归为参照组,实施早期足量胃肠道外营养支持的有30例,现将其归为试验组。对比两组早产儿的营养支持情况、体格发育及智能发育情况。结果试验组早产儿出生后的营养摄入总量高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组早产儿的体质量、身长、头围增长情况均优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组早产儿的智力发育指数(mental development index,MDI)和心理运动发育指数(psychomotor development index,PDI)均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿实施早期足量营养支持方案,有助于改善早产儿的营养状况,促进其生长发育,减少宫外生长发育迟缓(EUGR)的发生。Objective To analyze the effect of different nutritional support programs on reducing premature infants'extrauterine growth retardation(EUGR).Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,the clinical data of 50 preterm infants who were treated in our hospital were selected for retrospective analysis,and 20 cases of conventional parenteral nutrition support were found.They are now classified as the reference group and implemented There were 30 cases of sufficient parenteral nutrition support in the early stage,which are now classified as the experimental group.Compare the nutritional support,physical development and intellectual development of two groups of premature infants.Results The total nutritional intake of premature infants in the experimental group after birth was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The body mass,length,and head circumference of the premature infants in the experimental group were all excellent Compared with the reference group,the difference was larger(P<0.05);The mental development index(MDI)and psychomotor development index(PDI)of premature infants in the experimental group were higher than the reference group,and the difference was larger(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early adequate nutrition support program for premature infants can help improve the nutritional status of premature infants,promote their growth and development,and reduce the incidence of extrauterine growth retardation(EUGR).
