探讨人工流产术后出现持续阴道流血时应用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片的效果

摘　　要：目的分析去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗人工流产(induced abortion,IA)术后持续阴道流血(continuous vaginal bleeding,CVB)的效果。方法对2018年4月—2019年5月76名在本院行IA术后出现CVB情况的妇女进行分组,A组38例以抗生素联合益母草治疗,B组38例加用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片。比较各组出血情况、治疗结果,随访月经恢复情况。结果B组止血总有效率97.37%高于A组84.21%,P<0.05。B组止血时间(4.65±1.23)d、用药后15 d内出血量(40.12±5.27)mL均少于A组(7.38±2.14)d、(75.44±10.23)mL,P<0.05。B组月经复潮率94.74%高于A组78.95%,但PC发生率5.36%少于A组23.68%,P<0.05。结论IA术后出现CVB时可在抗生素联合益母草等常规治疗基础上加用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,对尽快止血,减少出血量,帮助恢复月经情况有积极意义。Objective To analyze the effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets Tablets on continuous vaginal bleeding(CVB)after induced abortion(IA).Methods 76 women with continuous vaginal bleeding after induced abortion from April 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into groups according to the random number table method.38 patients in group A were treated with antibiotics and motherwort,and 38 patients in group B were treated with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets.The hemorrhage and treatment results of each group were compared,and the menstrual recovery was followed up.Results The hemostatic efficiency of group B was 97.37% higher than that of group A 84.21%,P<0.05.The hemostatic time in group B was(4.65±1.23)days,and the bleeding volume(40.12±5.27)mL in 15 days after treatment was less than that in group A(7.38±2.14)days,(75.44±10.23)mL,P<0.05.The menstrual rejuvenation rate in group B was 94.74% higher than that in group A 78.95%,but the incidence of PC was 5.36% lower than that in group A 23.68%,P<0.05.Conclusion When CVB occurs after IA,the addition of antibiotics in combination with motherwort and other conventional treatments may be added to desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,which has a positive significance in stopping bleeding as soon as possible,reducing bleeding,and helping to recover menstrual conditions.
