摘　　要：目的研究马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床效果,为临床治疗工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法2018年8月—2019年8月选择在本院接受药物治疗的80例H型高血压合并2型糖尿病的患者,将患者按照治疗方法分成对照组和治疗组。对照组采用马来酸依那普利片进行治疗;治疗组采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片进行治疗。对比两组药物治疗总有效率、治疗前后血压、血糖、生活质量评分水平、药物不良反应、血压和血糖水平恢复正常时间、住院治疗总时间、对治疗方案及所达到效果的满意度。结果治疗组患者药物治疗总有效率达到90.0%,高于对照组的67.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后血压、血糖、生活质量评分改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);仅有1例患者发生不良反应,少于对照组的7例(P<0.05);血压和血糖水平恢复正常时间、住院治疗总时间与对照组比较均发生明显缩短(P<0.05);患者满意度为92.5%,高于对照组的75.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压合并2型糖尿病的的临床效果显著,可使血压和血糖水平得到大幅度改善,降低药物不良反应发生率,缩短病情控制时间、住院治疗时间,使患者生活质量得到显著改善,提高患者的治疗有效率、患者满意度。Objective To study the clinical effects of enalapril maleate tablets in patients with type H hypertension and type 2 diabetes.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,80 patients with type H hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes who were selected for drug treatment in our hospital were divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases)by random grouping.The control group was treated with enalapril maleate tablets and the treatment group with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets.The total effective rate of drug treatment,blood pressure,blood sugar,quality of life score level,adverse drug reactions,blood pressure and blood sugar level return to normal time,total time of hospitalization treatment,satisfaction with the treatment plan and the effect achieved were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of drug treatment in the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(67.5%,P<0.05).The improvement of blood pressure,blood glucose and quality of life scores before and after treatment was more significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction with the treatment plan and the effect achieved reached 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0% in the control group,and there was statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type H hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus with enalapril maleate tablets can significantly improve blood pressure and blood glucose levels,reduce drug-related adverse reactions,shorten the time of disease control and total hospitalization,improve the quality of life of patients,so that the treatment effect and patient satisfaction can be improved simultaneously.
