夏枯草胶囊联合地塞米松治疗桥本甲状腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨夏枯草胶囊联合甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月医院收治的桥本甲状腺炎患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例接受甲状腺内注射地塞米松及口服左旋甲状腺素钠治疗,观察组40例则在对照组治疗基础上加用夏枯草胶囊,观察两组治疗效果及自身免疫性抗体水平变化情况。结果治疗前两组甲状腺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后甲状腺功能指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应或并发症,但观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上加用夏枯草胶囊可有效提升桥本甲状腺炎治疗效果,对快速、有效改善患者甲状腺功能具有积极作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiakucao capsule combined with intrathyroid injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods Selected 80 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis from January 2018 to January 2019 as the research subjects.divided them into observation group and control group.The control group of 40 patients received thyroid injection of dexamethasone and oral levothyroxine sodium treatment,and the observation group of 40 patients received prunella capsules in addition to the control group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in thyroid function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the improvement effect of thyroid function indexes in the observation group(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions or complications occurred in both groups Symptoms,There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of prunella vulgaris capsules on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
