即时检验血糖仪与静脉全血检验血糖结果的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对即时检验血糖仪与静脉全血检验血糖结果进行对比分析。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月在我院收治的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为指尖血组和静脉血组,每组共40例患者。两组分别采集了指尖血和静脉血,并通过即时检验血糖仪检验患者的血糖数值,并使用生化分析仪检测血浆葡萄糖,比较两个部分的血糖测试结果和生化分析仪检测结果。结果指尖血组与静脉血组之间的血糖值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,两组患者的偏倚量的比较,指尖血组明显低于静脉血组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即时检验血糖仪能快速有效地检测出患者的血糖水平,并且在指尖血的检测中结果更为准确。Objective To compare and analyze the blood glucose test of blood glucose meter and venous whole blood test.Methods Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into fingertip blood group and venous blood group,with 40 patients in each group.The fingertip blood and venous blood were collected in the two groups,and the blood glucose level of the patient was tested by a real-time blood glucose meter,and the plasma glucose was detected by a biochemical analyzer.The blood glucose test results of the two parts and the biochemical analyzer test results were compared.Results The difference in blood glucose between the fingertip blood group and the venous blood group was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the comparison between the two groups of patients was significantly lower in the fingertip blood group than in the venous blood group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The instant blood glucose meter can quickly and effectively detect the patient's blood glucose level,and the results are more accurate in the detection of fingertip blood.
