放射专业护理在高压注射器CT血管造影检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究高压注射器CT血管造影检查中放射专业护理干预的应用效果。方法将我院2017年6月—2019年1月进行高压注射器CT血管造影检查的38例患者作为研究对象,随机分研究组和对照组,研究组实施放射专业护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比穿刺后脉搏、血压、呼吸水平,一次穿刺成功率以及满意度,穿刺疼痛评分。结果两组患者穿刺后脉搏、血压、呼吸对比来看,研究组较低(P<0.05)。一次穿刺成功率、满意程度对比来看,研究组均较高(P<0.05),穿刺疼痛评分对比,研究组低(P<0.05)。结论高压注射器CT血管造影检查中放射专业护理干预措施的实施对于患者CT血管造影检查质量的提升效果显著,能够缓解穿刺导致患者出现生命体征异常情况,缓解患者痛苦,值得进行广泛的实践和推广。Objective To explore the application effect of radiological nursing intervention in high-pressure syringe CT angiography.Methods From June 2017 to January 2019,38 patients with high pressure syringe CT angiography of were selected as the research object,they were randomly devided into research group and the control group,the research group implemented radiation professional care,the control group implemented routine nursing,the pulse,blood pressure,breathing levels,one time success rate of puncture and degree of satisfaction,VAS pain score were compared.Results Compared with the pulse,blood pressure and respiration after puncture in the two groups,the study group was lower(P<0.05).From the comparison of the success rate and satisfaction of one puncture,the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the puncture pain score was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of radiological professional nursing intervention measures in high-pressure syringe CT angiography can effectively improve the nursing effect,ensure the stability of patients'vital signs after puncture,improve the puncture quality and relieve the pain of patients,which is worthy of extensive practice and promotion.
