摘　　要：针对深井、超深井钻井过程中,使用高密度钻井液,导致常规真空除气器处理量大幅下降、除气效率明显降低的难题,研制出一套适用于高密度钻井液的真空除气器,满足深井、超深井钻井的需要。研制了轴流式辅助进液装置,提高了除气器的处理能力;设计了射流式排液装置,具有较大的抽吸能力,大幅提高了除气器的真空度,进而提升了处理量和除气效率。现场试验结果表明,深井钻机钻井液真空除气器的工作性能稳定,处理量大,除气效率高,满足了高密度钻井液除气器的需要。During the drilling process of deep and ultra-deep wells,the use of high-density drilling fluid leads to a significant reduction the processing capacity and an obvious decrease in the degassing efficiency for the conventional vacuum degasser.A set of vacuum degasser suitable for high-density drilling fluid was developed to meet the drilling requirements in deep and ultra-deep wells.In the innovative part of the vacuum degasser,an axial-flow auxiliary liquid inlet device was developed to improve the processing capacity of the degasser,a jet-type liquid discharge device was designed with a large suction capacity,the vacuum degree of degasser was improved greatly and the processing capacity and degassing efficiency were enhanced.The Field application shows that drilling fluid vacuum degasser for deep-well rig has a steady performance,larger processing capacity and high degassing efficiency,which meets the need of high-density drilling fluid degasser.
