摘 要:目的探讨新型中心静脉压测量装置在临床应用中的准确性和操作的便捷性。方法选取在重症监护病房且需监测中心静脉压(CVP)的50例患者为研究对象。采用自身对照法,分别用新型中心静脉压测量装置(简称新型法)、一次性压力监测传感器接监护仪器(简称传感器法)测量CVP。两种测量方法需间隔3~5 min测量,对比两种测量方法所测得的CVP值、所需的时间、材料费用以及测量前后的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)。结果两种测量方法的CVP值、所需的时间以及操作前、后患者的HR、MAP、SpO2比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);新型法耗材费用明显低于传感器法(P<0.05)。结论新型中心静脉压测量装置所测得的CVP值准确、安全、便捷、费用低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the accuracy and operation convenience of the new central venous pressure measuring device in clinical application. Methods Fifty patients in the intensive care unit who needed to monitor central venous pressure(CVP) were selected as the research objects. The CVP was measured with a new central venous pressure measuring device(mentioned as new method as follows) and a disposable pressure monitoring sensor connecting with monitoring instrument(mentioned as sensor method as follows) by self contrast method. The two methods should be measured at an interval of 3-5 minutes, and the CVP values, required time, material costs, pre-and post-measuring heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2) were collected and compared between the two methods. Results There were no statistically significant differences in CVP values, required time, pre-and post-measuring HR, MAP, SpO2 between the two methods(all P>0.05);the material costs of the new method were significantly lower than those of the sensor method(P<0.05). Conclusion The CVP value measured by the new central venous pressure measuring device is accurate, safe, convenient, and a low cost, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
