摘　　要：目的探讨骨关节持续性被动运动锻炼对膝关节周围骨折患者术后关节功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法2015年1月至2019年6月我院手术治疗的膝关节周围骨折患者90例,按康复锻炼方式分为观察组46例和对照组44例。对照组予以常规康复治疗,观察组予以骨关节持续性被动运动锻炼治疗,比较两组患者治疗后关节恢复及生活质量情况。结果观察组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的膝关节活动度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节功能评分(HSS)和自护能力评分(ESCA)均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在心理、生理、社会、环境领域及总体感觉评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续性被动运动锻炼可有效促进膝关节周围骨折患者的术后关节恢复,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of continuous passive motion of bone joints on postoperative recovery of joint function and quality of life in patients with fractures around the knee.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with fractures around the knee who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the method of rehabilitation exercise,they were divided into observation or control group,46 in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was treated with continuous passive motion of bone joints.The joint recovery and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The range of motion,VAS score,ESCA and HSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvements of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The overall sensory scores of the observation group in the psychological,physiological,social,and environmental fields were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous passive motion can effectively promote the postoperative joint recovery and improve the quality of life of patients with fractures around the knee.
