区块链技术在跨境物流领域的应用模式与实施路径研究

摘　　要：探索区块链技术在跨境物流领域的典型应用模式,提出具体的实施路径,以提升跨境物流管理绩效。通过剖析区块链的结构框架、核心技术及主要优势,进而分析区块链技术优势与跨境物流管理需求的耦合机理。在此基础上,以进口医药及食品为典型商品,提出区块链技术在跨境供应链物流中的应用模式;以信息、单证、集装箱为典型对象,提出区块链技术在跨境贸易物流中的应用模式;以报关单为典型载体,提出区块链技术在跨境通关中的应用模式。最后提出跨境物流中应用区块链技术的具体实施路径、主要成功要素和实施步骤。The typical mode and implementation path of blockchain technology application in cross⁃border logistics field are explored to improve cross⁃border logistics management performanceThe paper first analyses blockchain structural framework,core technologies and major advantagesThen it studies the coupling relationship between blockchain advantages and demands of cross⁃border logistics managementBased on the study,taking impor⁃ted drug and food as typical products,it proposes blockchain technology application mode in cross⁃border supply chain logisticsTaking information,document and container as typical subjects,it proposes the blockchain technology application mode in cross⁃border trading logisticsAnd taking decla⁃ration as the typical carrier,it proposes blockchain technology application mode in cross⁃border customs clearanceFinally it puts forward the imple⁃mentation path,the successful factors and implementation steps of applying blockchain technology in cross⁃border logistics.
