摘　　要：煤气安全是冶金企业重要安全管理工作,煤气作业人员的安全意识和操作水平直接关系到生产顺行和事故防范工作成效。结合冶金煤气生产流程,分别就煤气生产、回收净化、储存、输送、加压混合、使用和维护检修环节涉及的煤气安全管控要点和岗位进行梳理,同时综合典型事故经验教训,提出了冶金企业煤气特种作业人员范围的界定建议。Gas safety is an important safety management work in metallurgical enterprises and the safety awareness and operation level of gas operators are directly related to smooth production and the effectiveness of accident prevention work. Combined with the production process of metallurgical gas, the key points and positions of gas safety management and control involved in gas production, recovery and purification, storage, transportation, pressure mixing, use, maintenance and repair are combed respectively. At the same time, based on the experience and lessons of typical accidents, suggestions are put forward to define the scope of gas special operators in metallurgical enterprises.
