摘  要:本钢新区转炉烟气净化浊环水因节水提高浓缩倍数,出现浊度、悬浮物升高及硬度降低现象,经分析,在转炉系统浊环水pH偏高的情况下,含盐量过高是影响絮凝效果造成悬浮物、浊度升高的主要原因,同时钠离子富集也造成硬度的降低。The turbidity and suspended matter increased and hardness decreased of turbid circulating water in the converter flue gas purification in the New Area of Benxi Steel due to the increase of concentration multiple for water saving. It is analyzed that when the pH of turbid circulating water in converter system is too high, the high salt content is the main reason for the increase of suspended matter and turbidity caused by flocculation effect,and the enrichment of sodium ion causes the consumption of hardness.
