摘　　要：宝钢钢管精整线经过几十年的运行,设备老化、可靠性下降,并且不具备生产高附加值产品的能力。对该精整线的各单体设备、辅助输送设备及电气自动化进行了全面的升级更新,使该产线重新适应了市场的需求。After decades of operation, Baosteels steel pipe finishing line has suffered from aging of equipment, reliability decline, and no ability to produce high value-added products. Each single set of equipment, auxiliary conveying equipment and electrical automation of the finishing line were comprehensively upgraded, which has made the production line adapted to market demand again.
