摘 要:采用直读光谱技术分析高级别管线钢中Mn元素时,通过增加中低合金钢、管线钢标准样品,优化并扩展Mn元素校准曲线,拓宽分析范围。质量分数上限由2.23%扩展至3.60%,比强度由15.67扩展至23.29,通过调整校准曲线并进行必要的干扰校正,线性相关系数达0.9995,提高了方法的准确度和精密度。可满足高级别管线钢工艺过程控制和成品分析的要求。In analysis of Mn element in high-grade pipeline steel by direct reading spectrum technology, the calibration curve of Mn element is optimized and expanded by adding standard samples of medium and low alloy steel and pipeline steel. The upper limit of mass fraction is extended from 2.23% to 3.60%, and the intensity ratio is extended from15.67 to 23.29. By adjusting the calibration curve and making necessary interference correction, the linear correlation coefficient reaches 0.9995, which improves the accuracy and precision of the method. It can meet the requirements of process control and finished product analysis of high-grade pipeline steel.
