摘 要:针对高海拔大温差地区混凝土坝温控防裂工作的特点,本文提出了智能监控的理论与方法,并开发了一整套实现智能监控的硬件设备及软件系统。利用这套系统,首次在藏木工程中成功实现了大坝混凝土施工通水冷却全过程无人值守智能控制。工程实践结果表明,大坝的实际降温曲线与理想降温曲线吻合较好,大坝的基础温差、上下层温差和内外温差也都得到有效控制,智能监控系统的采用保障了大坝全过程工作性态的可知、可控,避免了裂缝的产生,这种管控模式为以后在高原地区修筑类似大坝工程提供了施工质量管理与防裂控制的实践经验。Based on the typical characteristics of concrete dam in the region with high altitude and large temperature difference,the theory and method of intelligent monitoring were set up,and a set of hardware equipment and software system on intelligent monitoring was developed. This system successfully was implemented to the unattended intelligent control of the whole process of water cooling for dam concrete construction in the Zangmu project for the first time. By using this system,the actual cooling curve and the ideal process line match well,and the basic temperature difference,the upper-lower temperature difference and the inside-outside temperature differences are under effectively control. In this way, the dam behavior in the whole course of construction was knowable and controllable,and eventually the cracks would be avoided. This work also offered a lot of valuable practical experience in the construction quality and crack control to the future dam projects in the plateau area like the Tibet.
