某部军人生命质量与人格特征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查某部军人生命质量状况,分析其与人格特征的关系。方法2019年6月整群抽取海军某部官兵328人,采用汤旦林生命质量测定表(TDL-QOLAS)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)进行现场集中测试,并采用SPSS 19.0对数据进行分析。结果328名军人生命质量总分为88.68±8.78;生命质量处于中等以上等级水平者有300人,占91.5%。士兵组生命质量水平较高(92.17±6.38),已婚组军人的生命质量水平(87.13±9.37)显著低于未婚组(89.88±8.11),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。生命质量与EPQ的精神病质、神经质2个因子呈负相关,与内外向、掩饰2个因子呈正相关。气质类型为多血质和黏液质的军人生命质量显著高于胆汁质和抑郁质军人(F=19.113,P<0.01)。结论某部军人生命质量与人格密切相关,稳定而外向的人格特征有利于提升生命质量水平。Objective To study the situation of quality of life and its relationship with personality of soldiers in a certain troops.Methods Totally 328 soldiers in a certain troops were selected by cluster sampling and evaluated by TDL Quality of Life Assessment Scale(TDL-QOLAS)and Eysenck’s Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)in June 2019,and the data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0.Results The total quality of life score of 328 soldiers was 88.68±8.78.The soldiers above average for quality of life were 300(91.5%).The quality of life in soldier was higher(92.17±6.38),married group(87.13±9.37)was significantly lower than unmarried group(89.88±8.11)in quality of life,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.01).Quality of life was significantly negatively correlated with psychoticism and neurotisism,positively correlated with extraversion and lie(all P<0.01).The quality of life in sanguine and lymphatic temperament was significantly higher than in choleric and depressive temperament of soldiers(F=19.113,P<0.01).Conclusion There is significant association between quality of life and personality for soldiers in a certain troops.Shaping the stable and outward personality traits would improve the quality of life for soldiers.
