摘 要:目的了解贵州省贫困医学生心理健康服务开展情况,探究贵州省高校提高贫困医学生心理健康服务水平的对策。方法通过文献研究法、访谈法收集国家提出心理健康教育以来,特别是2016—2018年的相关资料,运用优势、劣势、机会和挑战(SWOT)分析法分析贵州省高校开展贫困医学生心理健康服务的优势、劣势、机会及挑战。结果贵州省贫困医学生心理健康服务具有主体与对象、实践基础等优势及政策支持、心理健康社会服务日趋完善、信息化发展等机会;2017—2018年贵州省培养卫生健康人才补助资金6.32亿元,50家综合医院开设心理科,每10万人口拥有约3.13名心理职业医师,高校将心理健康教育设为必修课,设置2个学分,32~36个学时。但也存在服务意识不强、人员机构设置不健全、服务方式与渠道单一等劣势,以及服务对象心理健康状态不容乐观、监管体制不健全、未形成针对贫困医学生心理健康服务的联合体等威胁。结论应重视贫困医学生群体,完善心理健康服务体制;增强服务意识,注重"顾客"需求;利用社会信息技术发展优势,拓宽服务方式与形式;完善人员配备,加强机构设置;整合资源,建立贫困医学生心理健康服务联合体。Objective To understand the development of mental health services for poor medical students in Guizhou Province,explore the countermeasures to improve mental health services for poor medical students in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province.Methods Through literature research and interviews,relevant materials were collected since the state proposed mental health education,especially from 2016 to 2018.The analysis of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges(SWOT)was applied to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of mental health services for poor medical students in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province.Results The mental health services of poor medical students in Guizhou Province had the advantages of subject and object,practice basis and the opportunities of policy support,improving mental health social services and informational development.From 2017-2018,Guizhou Province has input a subsidy of 632 million yuan for cultivating health professionals,and 50 general hospitals set up psychology departments,with about 3.13 professional psychological doctors per 100000 population.Colleges and universities have set mental health education as a compulsory course with 2 credits and 32-36 class hours.However,there were some disadvantage of weak service awareness,imperfect personnel and institution setting,single service mode and channel,and challenges of poor mental health status of service objects,imperfect supervision system,and no forming of a consortium of mental health services for poor medical students.Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the poor medical students and improve the mental health service system,strengthen service consciousness and focus on"customer"demand,take advantage of the development of social information technology to expand the service mode and form,improve professionals and strengthen institutional setup,and integrate resources and establish mental health service consortium for poor medical students.
