摘  要:为了解决12Cr2Mo1R钢自动埋弧焊焊接难度大的问题,基于自动埋弧焊进行焊接工艺评定试验,对焊缝进行了超声波、磁粉和X射线检测,以及化学成分分析、拉伸试验、弯曲试验、冲击韧性试验和硬度性能检测,并对12Cr2Mo1R钢自动埋弧焊工艺进行了研究和分析。结果表明,采用该焊接工艺的焊缝,检测结果均满足标准要求;通过合理选择焊材,制定最佳焊接参数,采取焊前预热、焊后缓冷及减小热影响区宽度等措施,可降低钢材的焊接淬硬性,获得优良的焊接接头性能,从而获得最佳的12Cr2Mo1R钢自动埋弧焊焊接工艺,为12Cr2Mo1R钢管的自动埋弧焊焊接及应用提供技术保障。In order to solve the welding difficult problem of 12Cr2Mo1R steel automatic submerged arc welding,based on automatic submerged arc welding,the welding procedure qualification test was carried out.Ultrasonic,magnetic powder,X-ray tests,chemical composition analysis,tensile test,bending test,impact toughness test and hardness performance test were carried out on the weld,and the 12Cr2Mo1R steel automatic submerged arc welding procedure was researched and analyzed.The results show that the test results of the welds using this welding procedure all meet the standard requirements;through the selection of reasonable welding materials,making the best welding parameters,measures such as preheating before welding,cooling slowly after welding and reducing the width of heat-affected zone can reduce the hardness of steel welding and obtain excellent welding joint performance,so as to obtain the best 12Cr2Mo1R steel automatic submerged arc welding procedure and provide technical support for the automatic submerged arc welding and application of 12Cr2Mo1R steel pipe.
