摘  要:为了提高HFW焊管去外毛刺刀具的刮削能力和使用寿命,通过外毛刺刮除试验对比了高速钢和硬质合金两类主要刀具材料的热硬性。结果显示,高速钢刀具具有良好的韧性,但是由于热硬性仅能达到600℃(硬度>60HRC),无法适应热熔外毛刺超高的切削温度,因而发生快速磨损,丧失切削能力;YT类硬质合金刀具具有较高的热硬性,在约1000℃高温条件下仍能继续切削,再配合使用可转位机夹式刮刀,能够获得良好的刀身韧性,避免了焊接式刮刀因刀头高温焊接产生内应力等缺陷,而且换刀便捷。研究表明,采用硬质合金刀片的可转位机夹式刮刀是去外毛刺刀具的最佳选择,可同时兼顾刀具的高温硬度和抗冲击性能,在HFW焊管外毛刺处理过程中表现出了良好的刮削能力和经济性。In order to improve the scraping ability and service life of HFW pipe deburring cutter,the hot hardness of the high speed steel and cemented carbide are compared by the way of deburring test.The results show that the high-speed steel tool has good toughness,but it can only reach 600℃(hardness>60HRC)because of its hot hardness,so it can’t adapt to the cutting temperature of the hot melt outer burr,so it will wear rapidly and lose the cutting ability.YT cemented carbide tools have high thermal hardness,and can continue to cut under the high temperature of about 1000℃.With the use of indexable clip type scraper,good toughness of the blade can be obtained,and defects such as internal stress caused by the high temperature welding of the blade head can be avoided,which is convenient.It is the best choice for deburring tool to use indexable clip type scraper with the carbide blade,which can take into account the high temperature hardness and impact resistance of the tool at the same time and shows good scraping ability in the practical application of HFW welded pipe external burr on-line processing.
