摘　　要：PVB中间膜由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂经增塑剂混炼挤压制成,其性能大部分由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的品质决定。介绍了普通堆积密度PVB的主要现有工艺流程,重点介绍了高堆积密度PVB树脂现有合成工艺和改进工艺。利用多种材料分析设备,如SEM、GPC、DSC、TG、流变仪等仪器,对新工艺合成的PVB树脂进行了高分子性能表征,同时将新旧工艺下合成的PVB树脂性能数据进行了对比、分析和总结。并对新工艺合成的高堆积密度PVB树脂的性能优势进行了深度应用试验探究,最终得出新工艺生产的高堆积密度PVB树脂无论在光学和力学测试上的表现还是耐热性、耐候性、杂质含量以及边缘稳定性上的测试表现都明显优于旧工艺合成的PVB树脂。The performance of PVB inter layer is mostly determined by the quality of polyvinyl butyral resin.Introduced the main existing process of common bulk density PVB resin, and focuses on the existing synthesis process and improvement process of the higher bulk density PVB resin. We tested the polymer properties of PVB resin synthesized by the new process. These properties are characterized by a variety of material analysis equipment, such as SEM、GPC、DSC、TG、Rheometer and other instruments. At the same time, the performance data of PVB resin synthesized by the new and old processes were compared, analyzed and summarized. The performance advantages of PVB resin synthesized by the new process were studied by in-depth test, and it was concluded that the performance of higher bulk density PVB resin produced by the new process in optical and mechanical test, heat resistance, weather resistance, impurity content test and edge stability were significantly better than that of PVB resin synthesized by the old process.
