摘 要:现阶段,我国浮法玻璃生产中电气自动化的应用已经非常深入和广泛。浮法玻璃生产中集散控制系统和顺序逻辑控制系统的引入和发展、冷端自动化等技术的提高,使得我国的浮法玻璃生产有了飞跃性的发展。然而,受制于生产控制的策略和算法,在生产上还是略落后于发达国家,"工业4.0"在浮法玻璃生产中的应用和推广,会极大地促进玻璃行业的发展和进步。At present, electric automation has been used widely in float glass production in China. With the introduction and development of distributed control system and sequential logic control system in float glass production and the improvement of cold end automation, the domestic float glass manufacture is developing rapidly. However, constrained by the strategy and algorithm of production control, domestic production is still slightly behind developed countries. The application and promotion of "Industry 4.0" in float glass production will greatly promote the development and progress of glass industry.
