益气脱敏苍耳子散治疗肺气虚寒型儿童过敏性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气脱敏苍耳子散治疗肺气虚寒型儿童过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:选取肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患儿72例,随机分为两组。治疗组37例予益气脱敏苍耳子散治疗;对照组35例轻度间歇性AR患儿采用地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗,中重度间歇性以及持续性儿童AR采用地氯雷他定干混悬剂、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合治疗。疗程3周,评定疗程结束时以及停药后3个月两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.49%,对照组总有效率为85.71%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。停药3个月后,治疗组总有效率为78.38%,对照组总有效率为54.29%,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气脱敏苍耳子散治疗后患儿症状得到明显改善,与西医疗法临床疗效无统计学差异,但停药3个月后远期疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tuomin Cangerzi powder on allergic rhinitis of lungqi deficiency-cold syndrome in children.Methods:72 cases of selected children patients with allergic rhinitis of lungqi deficiency-cold syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in treatment group and 35 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Tuomin Cangerzi powder;while in control group,the children patients with mild intermittent allergic rhinitis were treated with desloratadine dry suspension,the children patients with moderate or severe intermittent and persistent allergic rhinitis were treated with desloratadine dry suspension and mometasone furoate nasal spray.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.The efficacy of patients in two groups was evaluated at the end of course of treatment and in 3 months after withdrawal.Results:At the end of course of treatment for 3 weeks in two treating protocols,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.49%,which was slightly higher than 85.71% of control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After 3 months of withdrawal,the total effective rate of treatment group was 78.38%,which was significantly higher than 54.29% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:After treatment,Yiqi Tuomin Cangerzi powder can significantly improve the symptoms of children patients;compared with the clinical effect of western medicine therapy,the difference was not statistically significant;but the relapse rate after 3 months of withdrawal is lower,and the difference is statistically significant.
