中药联合艾灸治疗原发性痛经气滞血瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察气滞痛经汤、隔药灸以及二者联合应用治疗原发性痛经气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将120例门诊患者随机分3组各40例,中药组予气滞痛经汤口服,药灸组予隔药灸,联合组予汤药隔药灸联合治疗。每个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。分别比较各组VAS评分、CMSS评分以及总有效率,并进行统计学分析。结果:中药组、药灸组、联合组各评分治疗后均有显著改善(P﹤0.05);治疗后中药组与药灸组疗效相当(P﹥0.05);联合组较中药组、药灸组效果更为显著,但尚不具有统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:气滞痛经汤、隔药灸可治疗原发性痛经气滞血瘀证,但灸药联合应用疗效具有一定优势。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qizhi Tongjing decoction,herbs-partition moxibusition and combined application of both on primary dysmenorrhea of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods:120 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into 3 groups,40 cases in each group.Chinese medical herbs group was treated with oral Qizhi Tongjing decoction,medicinal moxibusition group was treated with herbspartition moxibusition,and combining group was treated with oral decoction and herbs-partition moxibusition.Each menstrual cycle was taken as 1 course of treatment,in total for 3 courses of treatment.VAS score,CMSS score and the total effective rate were compared respectively in each group,and statistically analyzed.Results:Compared before treatment with after treatment,Chinese medical herbs group,medicinal moxibusition group and combining group all had significant improvement in VAS and CMSS score(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the effect of Chinese medical herbs group was equivalent to that of medicinal moxibustion group(P ﹥ 0.05);the effect of combining group was more significant than that of Chinese medical herbs group or medicinal moxibusition group,but it was still not statistically significant(P﹥ 0.05).Conclusion:Qizhi Tongjing decoction or herbs-partition moxibusition both can be used for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome.However,the effect of combined application of moxibusition and Chinese medical herbs shows a certain advantage.
